Sysboat operates on a prepaid subscription model. All billing cycles are either monthly or annually, based on the chosen plan. Non-payment or failed renewal may result in suspension of access. Refunds are not provided for unused periods unless a service outage or system failure occurs, subject to evaluation by our team.
Sysboat is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
